How soon can you write my copy?
Turnaround times vary depending on the project. As a guide, smaller projects are normally completed within 7 days. If you decide to initiate my services, a deadline will be agreed in advanced so there’s no confusion. There are times when I’m simply booked solid. You can avoid this by ordering as far in advance as possible.
Do I need to give you a formal brief?
Every job starts with a briefing process; this is usually conducted via email. I’ll ask about you, your business, brand, objectives and marketing goals. You may wish to include resources I can use for research and example websites you like the style and tone of. It stands to reason that the more guidance you give me…the happier you’ll be with the end result. To see how it works download my brief template.
Who will write my content?
I am WebContentWriter…every page is written personally by me. I deal directly with every client, providing a professional, one-to-one service. I do employ researchers, editors and proof-readers. This enables me to take on large projects and cater for corporate clients.

Where are you?
WebContentWriter successfully operates remotely from the Alicante province of Spain.
What’s included in your service?
- Analysis of your target market
- Researching your company and product
- Composing completely original first draft
- First draft sent to you for review
- Editing and adjusting
- Creation of final copy
- Final copy sent to you in your specified format
If you have a large project, the same applies. Before the bulk of the copy is created, I’ll produce a sample of 2-4 pages for your approval, to iron-out any issues.
What about revisions?
Generally, amendments are included in the initial project quote. Issues with style or tone are usually resolved by the second draft. Problems only tend to happen in the absence of a clear brief, hence the importance of communicating your ideas in the initial stages.
Who owns the copyright?
All content produced belongs to your company. I will sign any copyright or non-disclosure agreement you require to protect your business.
How do I pay you?
Payment in advance is required for small projects of less than £500. For larger batches of content, I charge a 50% deposit of the total job cost. Depending on the nature of the project, the balance will be due on completion, or various milestones can be agreed.
What is your preferred method of payment?
Paypal is my preferred payment method. The 3.5% fee is covered by me. Alternatively, I accept direct bank transfer.
